Gulina is the quiet strength behind Kyrgyz Riders, managing and coordinating many of our local development projects. With her strong organizational skills and deep understanding of the business, she ensures that everything behind the scenes runs efficiently.

She is responsible for arranging accommodations such as yurt camps and guesthouses, working closely with local families and partners to make sure every tour is well supported. Although she does not work directly with clients, her careful planning and attention to detail play a major role in creating smooth and authentic travel experiences.

Married to Aman, the founder of the company, she shares his vision for responsible tourism and the growth of local communities. Together, they work to strengthen the company’s foundation and support the people who make each journey possible.
